At Barrera Family Loft, I offer a limited number of One Loft Race partnerships each season for breeders and pigeon enthusiasts who want to compete together in major races.
This program allows partners to race youngsters from my loft in competitive One Loft Races across the country while sharing the excitement and potential winnings of the race.
Here’s how the partnership works:
• I select the youngsters directly from my breeding loft.
• Partners cover the perch fee and activation fee for the race.
• I take care of preparing and shipping the birds to the race.
• Any winnings from the race are split 50/50 between us.
At the end of the season, the partner also keeps the bird, which means you could end up adding a strong racer or future breeder to your loft.
Another important part of my partnership program is that I guarantee the number of birds.
For example, if we partner on three birds and none return from the race, I will still send three birds from my loft at the end of the season so you receive the full number we agreed on.
Last season I partnered on around 20 birds, and one of those birds ended up winning around $6,000 in a One Loft Race. That champion is now in my partner’s loft, which is exactly the goal of these partnerships.
My objective is simple:
Send the best birds possible and try to win together.
