Recognisable in the hand
The grizzle marking makes them easy to pick out on the landing board, but what I select for is balance, feather quality and the way they recover after a hard toss.
Proven as breeders
The value of a race bird is what it produces afterwards. Grizzle-bred youngsters continue to place in One Loft Races for me and for the fanciers I work with.
