Whether you're new to one loft racing or an experienced fancier, the program gives you an opportunity to compete with my birds through a simple 50/50 partnership.

You cover the required perch fee and race entry fees. The bird competes under both names.

Follow the season
You get updates throughout the series, we split eligible winnings 50/50, and you keep the returning bird after the series.

- How does a One Loft Race partnership with Barrera Family Loft work?
- I select a youngster from my loft and send it to the race. You cover the perch and entry fees, the bird competes under both our names, we split eligible winnings 50/50, and you keep the bird after the series.
- What does it cost to partner on a One Loft Race?
- There is no charge for the bird itself. You pay the race's required perch fee and entry fee, plus any optional race fees you choose to activate. Costs vary by race, so we agree on the race and the budget before anything is shipped.
- How are the winnings split?
- Eligible winnings are split 50/50 between you and Barrera Family Loft.
- Who keeps the bird after the race series?
- You do. Returning birds go to the partner, along with the pedigree and a professional photograph.
- Do I need One Loft Race experience to partner?
- No. New and experienced fanciers both partner with me. If you are new, I recommend a race that fits your goals, experience level and budget.
- Are results guaranteed?
- No. Racing pigeons are live animals in unpredictable conditions, so performance, race completion and prize money can never be guaranteed. Perch fees are non-refundable once a bird is entered.

Straight terms, up front.
Fees must be paid on time
All required perch and race entry fees must be paid by the applicable deadlines. Birds will not be entered or continued in a race without the required fees being paid.
Perch fees are non-refundable
Once a bird is entered and a perch is secured, those fees are committed to the race and cannot be returned.
